Charles has overseen the sale of more than 137 MW of solar energy to over 2,100 customers, driving a 300% growth in sales during his tenure. His leadership has helped shape the company’s strong reputation in both customer service and industry expertise. Outside of work, Charles enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures, cheering on his kids in sports (while wishing he could still play at their level), smoking meats, and hunting.
