CEO

Before joining Paradise Energy, Dale spent 37 years in the mining, manufacturing, and road construction industry, where he served in various leadership roles and helped negotiate a 1 MW PPA agreement. He began his career at Paradise Energy as Customer Financing Director and now serves as CEO. Outside of work, Dale enjoys time with family, church, the outdoors, hunting, sports, and reading.
