Any parts or work not included in the scope of work, including parts covered by manufacturers’ warranties, or parts whose warranties have expired. Parts and labor for accessory products, including but not limited to EV charging stations, monitoring displays and related equipment, inverter support structures, load control systems, etc. Parts and labor for equipment failures that result from a force majeure event. Any communication issues that are not a result of Paradise Energy Solutions’ workmanship. Parts and labor for product failures when a compatible part is not available
