What exactly is covered under the Triple Ten Guarantee?
Our Triple Ten Guarantee includes three key protections: 10 years of guaranteed solar production, 10 years of system monitoring, and a 10-year workmanship warranty. This means that if your system underperforms, we’ll compensate you, and if any workmanship-related issues arise, we’ll take care of the necessary repairs or replacements at no cost to you.
How does the guaranteed solar production work?
Our production guarantee ensures your system’s actual energy output in kilowatt-hours (kWh) through your utility meter. The guaranteed amount of production will be outlined in your solar contract.
We review your production in years 5 and 10 and will write you a check for any loss of production during those periods.
What happens if my solar inverter fails during the guarantee period?
If your inverter (or any equipment) fails within the first 10 years, our workmanship warranty covers the labor costs to diagnose and fix or replace it.
We will work directly with the manufacturer to prove and fulfill relevant warranty claims.
How does the system monitoring service benefit me?
Our 10 years of system monitoring ensure that your solar system is always performing at its best. We set up alerts to notify us of potential issues before they become major problems.
Remember, it’s in our best interest to keep your system running because our money is on the line with our production guarantee.
Is there any cost to me for repairs or monitoring under the Triple Ten Guarantee?
Monitoring:
There are no additional costs associated with monitoring your system.
Repair Costs:
We will cover any repair costs associated with workmanship issues and equipment warranties.
The Triple Ten Guarantee does not cover costs associated with damage from acts of God. Your property insurance policy would typically cover those costs.
How do I make a claim if my system underperforms or needs repairs?
Making a claim is simple. Contact our service department at 877-851-9269. We will take care of the rest.
In most cases, our System Analysts will be alerted of issues before you need to contact us.
What happens after ten years?
Your manufacturer warranties will remain. The only change is that you will be responsible for the costs to diagnose and fix issues, as well as any loss of production from system downtime.

Do all PES solar projects come with the Triple Ten Guarantee?
Most of our solar systems under 200 kW come with our Triple Ten Guarantee. Larger systems may opt to reduce the cost of their system by removing or lowering the Triple Ten Guarantee.
What's not covered under the Triple Ten Guarantee?
Any parts or work not included in the scope of work, including parts covered by manufacturers’ warranties, or parts whose warranties have expired. Parts and labor for accessory products, including but not limited to EV charging stations, monitoring displays and related equipment, inverter support structures, load control systems, etc. Parts and labor for equipment failures that result from a force majeure event. Any communication issues that are not a result of Paradise Energy Solutions’ workmanship. Parts and labor for product failures when a compatible part is not available
