SUGARCREEK, Ohio – Paradise Energy Solutions will break ground on a new office building and warehouse for their Sugarcreek Ohio branch in January 2016, with an expected move-in date of late spring 2016. Sugarcreek based builder, Straitline Structure, will build the approximately 6,000 square foot office building and warehouse at 525 Belden Circle NE, Sugarcreek, OH 44681. Paradise Energy Solutions has leased their current location at 232 Dover Road NW for 3 years, since the Ohio branch office opened in 2012.
Paradise Energy Solutions’ branch manager Andrew Hostetler explains, “We are all really excited about the new building, it will give room for us to grow and expand. With our expansion and growth in the past years, we can keep bringing new jobs to Sugarcreek and surrounding areas.”
The new office location, located 7 miles west of Interstate 77 on SR 39 within the Swiss Village Business Park, will provide room for expansion, ease of access and visibility along Route 39. Along with the office building and warehouse, a 15-20 kW (kilowatt) solar array will be built to provide electricity for the new building. “The new building and solar system will also give us the opportunity to show clients firsthand what an actual solar system will look like—showing different types of solar roof attachments in different scenarios,” Hostetler continues.
The Swiss Village Business Park is a joint venture between The Belden Brick Company and the Village of Sugarcreek utilizing land previously mined for clay and shale and transforming it into an economic stimulus for the surrounding area.
Other occupants of the SVBP in addition to the new Paradise energy Solutions building include Andreas Furniture Distribution Warehouse, the Speedway C – Store and Car Wash, Pleasant Valley Trailers, Sugar Creek Pallet & the Kaufman Realty & Auction Warehouse.
Paradise Energy Solutions has been growing quickly, with branch locations in Gap, Pennsylvania, Salisbury, Maryland, Himrod, New York, and serving a total of 7 states.
