SUGARCREEK, Ohio – After 6 months of construction, Paradise Energy Solutions has moved into their new 6,000 square foot office building and warehouse at 525 Belden Circle NE in Sugarcreek. The move takes place after renting a building in Sugarcreek since the branch office opened in 2012.
“Our new location will help provide a better location for us to serve our customers,” said Paradise Energy Solutions’ branch manager Andrew Hostetler, “we are in Sugarcreek to stay.” The new location is also significant because Paradise Energy Solutions is the first solar company to build a branch office in Tuscarawas County, Ohio.
Along with the office building and warehouse, a 15-20 kW (kilowatt) solar array is expected to be built to provide electricity for the new building. “We decided to install an electric heat pump HVAC system which is unusual for new construction,” explains Solar Consultant Sheldon Stutzman. “Since we will be installing a solar energy system to produce the electricity for the new office, the savings with an electric heat pump will be significant over the long-term when comparing it to other heating sources.” Another unique feature of the new building is a custom hand-built timber-frame entrance.
Paradise Energy Solutions has been growing quickly, with branch locations in Gap, Pennsylvania, Salisbury, Maryland, Geneva, New York, and serving a total of 7 states.
