New Holland, PA – (April 30, 2013) Sunstream Energy, Paradise Energy Solutions and New Holland Concrete, a division of Martin Limestone, are proud to announce the dedication and celebration of their 1.12 mW Solar System in New Holland on Friday, May 17 from 10am – 7pm.
In late December, the new Solar System at New Holland Concrete was activated. This system produces enough energy to power roughly 200 homes and is being used to cover more than 1/2 of New Holland Concrete’s energy demands.
“As a business this project allows us to lock in reasonable long-term electric rates using a clean, renewable power source without a significant upfront investment,” comments Jeff Detwiler, chief executive officer of Martin Limestone, the owner of New Holland Concrete. “The system also generates the highest amounts of power during our peak production times.”
Tours of the system will be given beginning at 10 a.m. followed by a dedication ceremony and complimentary lunch from 12 p.m. – 1 p.m. During the ceremony there will be comments from Martin Limestone representatives, Sunstream Energy and Paradise Energy Solutions CEO Tim Beiler among others.
“[The system] is mutually beneficial to the investor, Sunstream Energy, and to the end user of the electricity, Martin Limestone,” says Beiler. “I have been thrilled with the cooperation from all parties involved to make this project happen, helping to create a bright and sustainable future for the community.”
Following the ceremony, tours will continue through 7 p.m. where the public is invited to come and see how investing in Solar has benefited New Holland Concrete by getting an up close view of the massive array.
The system is located at New Holland Concrete, 875 East Earl Rd. New Holland, PA.
Admission is free of charge. RSVP is requested by May 13 and those who wish to attend can do so by calling Paradise Energy Solutions at (717) 407-5152 or emailing email@example.com.
