The individual who is selected for this new position on our team will be responsible for: configuring and troubleshooting new and returning IT equipment (i.e., computers, smart phones and desk phones); assisting with IT onboarding and off-boarding processes; providing Help Desk IT services to users; and, assisting with developing more efficient methods to obtain, access and report on IT and possibly business data. Our new IT Support Specialist will be a highly valued member of the Paradise Energy Solutions team, and they’ll be an integral part of helping us build our reputation as being industry-leading experts in solar energy and one of the “Best Places to Work in PA.”
