Position Overview

The Executive Administrative Assistant for our WISP (Wireless Internet Service Provider) will report to the owner leading this new business venture. The primary responsibilities for this new position are as follows:

  • Providing admin support for the startup of the WISP
  • Assisting with the setup and maintenance of a CRM software application to support the WISP
  • Providing customer service support, including the scheduling of installs and service calls and various customer communications
  • Assisting Accounting with customer setup, billing and A/R setup, and reporting
