  • Exceptional computer aptitude and keyboarding skills, and very proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent human relations and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to use good judgment while working with confidential information
  • Process- and detail oriented, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
  • Ability to communicate well and prioritize work for several members of our Leadership Team
  • Ideally, Associates degree and 2 years’ administrative experience, or equivalent

Position Overview

Our Executive Administrative Assistant reports to our President & CEO and is responsible for: providing administrative support to Human Resources and serving as the point-person for our HRIS & Payroll system, FUSE; assisting Accounting with job setup and closings, job costing and various related tasks and reporting; assisting with scheduling corporate meetings and events, and recording meeting minutes as required; and assisting with data collection and report generation for our Leadership Team.
