Position Overview

The Branch Manager reports to our VP of Operations and the primary job responsibilities are as follows:

  • Managing branch performance, in accordance with the company’s vision, mission, values and policies
  • Developing and executing the NY branch business plan, to maximize sales, profits and market share, as well as both employee and customer satisfaction
  • Managing projects and working with all parties involved to ensure successful completion of all projects
  • Ensure safe and compliant work practices are followed when installing and servicing our PV systems
  • Working closely with VP of Sales & Marketing, to support our NY Branch Solar Consultants
