About the Administrative Assistant for O&M position
As an Administrative Assistant for O&M, you will be a critical part of our company’s continued growth and success. You will have an opportunity to use your skills and expertise to provide administrative and process management support to an emerging department of a well-established and well-respected company while working closely with other members of our team to provide our customers with an outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, invoicing customers, assisting with software development to improve current processes, assisting with system monitoring, and dispatching our O&M technicians.
