New Commercial Loan Offering

Making decisions about financing a solar project is challenging. There are options like leasing, loans and PPA’s (power purchase agreements). Solar financing is often more complex and difficult to secure due to the uniqueness of solar installations. This e-mail doesn’t have enough room for a comprehensive discussion of all the challenges and options, but if you want to know more about our financing options, click the following link or give us a call at 877-851-9269. Click to read more!

New Commercial Loan Option

For today’s purposes, we would like to introduce the new Service Finance Commercial Loan option that we have recently begun to offer.  The loan can be used to finance commercial solar projects from $25,000 up to $5 million dollars.  It has a very reasonable financing APR of 6%,with a term of up to 15 years.  This loan is a secured loan, meaning you would need some equity in the property to qualify.  The interest would also be tax deductible and there is no prepayment penalty.  100% financing is also available.  The other nice benefit of this loan is that unlike a lease, it can be used on projects that are also interested in applying for USDA grants.   If you are in agri-business or your business is in a rural area this could be a very helpful incentive to your project.
