Typically when we think of solar panels, we imagine a nice warm sunny day without a cloud in the sky. Unfortunately, winter is right around the corner, and the cold temperatures are moving in! However, the cold weather doesn’t deter us when it comes to installing solar. In fact, we install more solar in November and December than any other month!
Our installers take pride in making the installation process easy for you, whether we are in the heat or summer or dead of winter. Safety, courteousness, efficiency, and “a job done right” are just a few of the qualities that our installers exhibit.
So, next time you see one of our installers, give a friendly wave and thank them for the part they play in bringing you a lower electric bills and a more sustainable future.
Fun fact: Solar panels operate better in colder temperatures. Heat increases resistance, which in turn reduces electrical current. Therefore fall, winter, and early spring are the best times for maximum solar panel efficiency.
